You can pay for items on AirRobe using American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit or debit cards.
Payments are processed through an escrow service which means that the buyer’s money is held until you receive the item and approve the transfer of payment to the seller.
Payment protection does not cover:
- Items not purchased through AirRobe.
- Items that arrived but later than expected.
- Changing your mind about a purchase.
- Items sized correctly but don't fit.
- Minor item issues.
All of AirRobe’s transactions are securely processed by Stripe Connect, an industry-leading online payment service provider. AirRobe does not store your payment, banking or credit/debit card information.
If the transaction is rejected by the seller, your payment is reversed which means that you won't see a refund credit on your statement – you'll just see the original authorisation drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you.
We charge a 3% fee on all purchases.
