If you need to cancel an order and the seller has not yet accepted the transaction, then contact the seller and ask them to decline the transaction.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it's been confirmed and the payment has been processed. However, if the seller has not sent the item, and they agree to cancel the transaction, then the buyer can open a dispute. Once you lets us know there's a problem with the order, we will review the dispute and issue you with a full refund, provided the seller has not sent the item and agreed to the refund.
