Cancelling an order

Have more questions? Submit a request

When someone is interested in purchasing your item, we notify you. If you do not want to proceed with the transaction, you can reject the request. It's best practice to let the buyer know why you rejected their request.

Once you accept the order, it's not possible to cancel it and you are required to complete the transaction. However, if you have not sent the item and you agree with the buyer to cancel the order, then the buyer can open a dispute.  Once the buyer lets us know there's a problem with the order, we will review the dispute and issue the buyer with a full refund.
