Recycling on AirRobe

Have more questions? Submit a request

AirRobe is proud to facilitate a clothing recycling program through various partners like Upparel and The Salvation Army.

Here’s how it works

After adding an item to the Circular Wardrobe™️, you have the option to ‘RECYCLE’ by hitting the "Recycle" button as pictured below:

For Australia Customers

    1. For items in poor, unwearable condition, you will be connected to Upparel. For $35, a box can be purchased which holds up to 10kg of clothing, linen, shoes, or other textiles. Upparel will pick up the box and reuse, upcycle, or recycle the items.
    2. For items in reasonable, wearable condition, you will be connected to The Salvation Army. A free shipping label can be downloaded from their website, and the items just need to be dropped off at the local post office.

For New Zealand Customers

You can either drop into one of the Family Store shops during business hours or request a pickup by a Family Store truck.
